Pakistan handed over airspace violation and terrorism to Afghan Taliban.

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan has lodged a strong protest with the Afghan Taliban government on September 23 over the violation of Pakistani airspace and recent incidents of terrorism originating from Afghanistan.

According to reports, Pakistan handed over the demarche to the Afghan authorities on Saturday, expressing serious concern over recent acts of terrorism originating from Afghan soil, cross-border infiltration and violation of Pakistani airspace.

Pakistan made it clear to the Afghan authorities that terrorist attacks and border violations will not be tolerated within Pakistani borders. He also demanded the Afghan government to prevent its territory from being used against Pakistan and take effective action against terrorist elements.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Sajjad Haider also confirmed that Pakistan has lodged a strong protest with the Afghan authorities on terrorism and the border situation.

Through the latest demarche, Pakistan conveyed to the Afghan authorities its concerns over terrorist attacks and cross-border incidents and urged effective measures to prevent attacks against Pakistan from Afghan soil.
