PAF training plane crashes near Mardan, two pilots martyred

RAWALPINDI – A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) training aircraft crashed near Mardan on Monday.

As a result of which both pilots Flight Lieutenant Muhammad Qasim Abdullah (Pak Air Force) and Lieutenant Taha Abbasi (Pak Navy) were martyred.

An inquiry board has been constituted by Air Headquarters to find out the causes of the accident.

COS and CDF Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chiefs of Services and all ranks of the Armed Forces of Pakistan express their deep sorrow over the tragic loss of precious lives and extend their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
