Pakistan Navy has found the wreckage of the K2 Airways cargo plane that went missing in the Arabian Sea.
KARACHI β Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) have located the wreckage of the K2 Airways Boeing 737 cargo plane that went missing last night during a joint search and rescue operation.
According to the spokesman, the wreckage of the plane was discovered in deep waters after an extensive search by Pakistan Navy and PMSA.
The search and rescue operation lasted for about 12 hours after which the wreckage was successfully identified in the Arabian Sea about 53 nautical miles south of Ormara, officials said.
Officials confirmed that the wreckage has been identified, while further investigation of the incident and other necessary actions are being taken by the authorities concerned.
