President, Prime Minister appreciated the sacrifices of Pakistan Air Force, performance in the battlefield on Air Force Day.
ISLAMABAD – President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif have paid tribute to Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for its outstanding performance in its professional history.
In his separate messages on the occasion of Pakistan Air Force Day to be celebrated today (Monday), he said that the nation is proud that the Pakistan Air Force has demonstrated its capability, professionalism and dominance in air conflicts over decades.
President Asif Ali Zardari said that the Pakistan Air Force in coordination with the services of its sisters played a decisive role in Marka Haq and gave a befitting reply to the enemy which stunned the whole world.
In his message, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that in September 1965, the spirit and determination of Pakistan Air Force pilots to protect the air borders of Pakistan led them to victory in the vastness of the sky.
He said that they sacrificed their precious lives to defend the motherland. It is certainly a national honor to pay tribute to the martyrs for their great sacrifices.
