It is unfortunate for the people of Sindh that there are such rulers, KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi

KARACHI – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi criticized the Sindh government and said that the people of the province are unfortunate that they are being ruled by such people.

Afridi said that it is unfortunate for the people of Sindh that their rulers are such people.

Addressing a lawyers’ convention in Karachi, the KPK chief minister said that the people of Sindh have honored him and courageously resisted what he termed as fascism.

He claimed that PTI workers were being arrested in Karachi, adding that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf believed that the assemblies came into being through an improper process.

Afridi said that a chief minister has claimed that there is a threat from neighboring countries, even though his party is also in power at the federal level.

This means that the narrative of this party is against the state.

According to Chief Minister KP, relations with Afghanistan were better during the tenure of PTI founder Imran Khan.

He said that when we criticized his policy, we were asked to go to Afghanistan.

Afridi also spoke about his humble background saying ‘I used to go to school on buses and rickshaws, I am neither a relative of PTI founder nor a billionaire’.
