Gas bowser and car collided on coastal highway, 6 people died
Makran – A car collided with a gas bowser on the N-10 Coastal Highway in Zone One of B-2 area of Ormara in Makran, resulting in the death of 6 people on the spot.
According to Coastal Highway Police SP Aslam Bengalzai, the car, whose registration number was BJN-481, was heading towards Turbat while the gas bowser was heading towards Karachi when the two vehicles collided.
The police said that two men, two women and two children were among the dead. The car driver in the accident has been identified as Aslam.
On receiving information, a team of Coastal Highway Police rushed to the spot, secured the area and provided necessary assistance while ensuring smooth flow of traffic.
According to the SP, traffic has been restored on the highway and vehicles are flowing in both directions.
