More than a dozen senior officers of the Punjab Police got new postings in a massive reshuffle.
LAHORE – In a fresh reshuffle in the police in an effort to strengthen policing and improve administrative efficiency, the Punjab government has transferred and posted 15 senior officers to key posts.
As per the latest notification, Zahid Nawaz (PSP/BS-19) has been posted as SSP Police School of Intelligence, Lahore while Sarfraz Waraich (PSP/BS-19) has been posted as AIG Operations at Central Police Office (CPO) Punjab.

Among the BS-18 officers, Saad Abidi has been posted as SP Investigation Nankana Sahib, Shaukat Ali Sheikh as Additional Director Central I, Special Protection Unit (SPU) Punjab, Muhammad Nauman Zafar as Additional SP Sadar, Multan, Muhammad Munir Badr as SP Investigation Lodhran and Zafar Javed Malik as OSP Investigation.
In the transfers, Hasan Raza has been posted as SSP Regional Investigation Branch (RIB) Multan Region, Mohammad Isa Khan as Deputy Director Administration Elite Police Force Punjab, Farrukh Javed as SP Investigation Bahawalpur, Syed Jamshed Ali as Battalion Commander (3), Punjab Constable Punjab and MCA Construction Consultant as Deputy Director Administration. Department (CCD), Dera Ghazi Khan Region.
Meanwhile Hasan Afzal and Adil Aamir have been directed to report to Central Police Office (CPO) Punjab while Razaullah Khan has been posted as SP Operations Jhang with additional charge of SSP Operations, IC3 Faisalabad Region.
The latest transfers are part of the Punjab government’s ongoing administrative restructuring aimed at increasing operational efficiency and strengthening law enforcement across the province.
