Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsud has set a Guinness World Record for punches.

Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsud set another Guinness World Record by punching 38 full extension punches in one minute while lifting 10 kg.

According to Mehsud, Guinness World Records set a target of 30 punches for this record, which he surpassed by 38 punches.

Speaking to Geo News, Mehsud said that he has already set the most world records in the push-up category at the international level, with more than 70 records to his name.

He said that he has also set world records by doing push-ups with weights of 100, 80, 60 and 40 pounds.

Mehsud added that he broke world records from 20 countries, including the US, India and Germany.
