The Chief Election Commissioner of GB directed the ROs to issue certified Form 45.
Gilgit – Chief Election Commissioner Gilgit-Baltistan Raja Shehbaz has directed all returning officers of 24 constituencies to issue certified Form 45 without any delay.
The Chief Election Commissioner directed that the relevant provisions of the Election Act 2017 and Election Rules 2017 should be ensured.
The Election Commission of Gilgit-Baltistan has further instructed all returning officers to fully implement these instructions.
According to the Election Commission, Form 45 is being issued at all the polling stations where the counting of votes has been completed. He also urged media channels not to run unverified reports regarding non-issuance of Form 45.
The Commission reiterated that once again clear instructions have been issued to ensure strict compliance with the electoral process.
