Tik Tokkar Nadeem Naniwala appeared in court after his arrest in Lahore

LAHORE – Popular Tik Tokkar and social media influencer Nadeem Mubarak, also known as “Naniwala”, was produced in court after his arrest in Lahore.

According to the police, the detained influencer was produced before the local magistrate after being detained at the police station.

Police said that a case was registered against Nadeem Mubarak at Defense-C police station on the complaint of Traffic Warden Inspector Muhammad Fahimur Rahman. The case includes charges of careless driving, interfering with official functions and threatening a public servant.

According to the FIR, the incident took place when traffic officials signaled a luxury vehicle to stop. Instead of complying, Nadeem Mubarak allegedly took a one-way street, prompting the police to register a case and arrest him.

A luxury car belonging to the influencer was also recovered from his residence and impounded at Defense-C police station, police sources said. He further said that no visitor met him during his detention.

Officials further said that Nadeem Mubarak spent the night in detention where he allegedly ate simple food and could not sleep.

Later, he was produced in Lahore’s Cantt Court for hearing the same case. During the proceedings, the investigating police reportedly provided him with protocol, and he was brought to court in his personal vehicle instead of official police transport. Investigating officers were also seen with them in the same vehicle.

Later, the court disposed of the case by accepting his bail.
