US dollar, pound, rial and other currency exchange rates in Pakistan – 16 June 2026
The Pakistani rupee saw little change in the latest interbank and open market exchange update, with major global currencies maintaining a strong position against the local currency.
On June 16, the US dollar traded at Rs 278.35 for buying and Rs 279.45 for selling, continuing its strong fundamentals in the market. The euro was at Rs 323.8 for buying and Rs 328.65 for selling, while the UK pound was one of the best-priced currencies at Rs 375.18 for buying and Rs 378.95 for selling.
UAE dirham was traded at Rs 75.95 (buy) and Rs 76.85 (sell) while Saudi Riyal was recorded at Rs 74.30 and Rs 74.90 respectively. The Omani Rial was bought at Rs 722.95 and sold at Rs 732.32, followed by the Qatari Rial at Rs 75.19 and Rs 76.85.

The Australian dollar traded at Rs 195.81 (buy) and Rs 199.75 (sell), the Canadian dollar at Rs 198.8 and Rs 207.25, and the Singapore dollar at Rs 214.65 and Rs 219.64. The buying price of the Swiss franc was Rs 346.94 and the selling price was Rs 351.95, while the price of the New Zealand dollar was recorded at Rs 160.15 and Rs 164.88.
