Karachi – Gold prices in Pakistan. It fell further on September 29, as the local bullion market fell by Rs 800 to Rs 437,336 per tola, while 10 grams fell by Rs 686 to Rs 374,945.
The latest decline followed a sharp correction on Monday, when gold prices fell by Rs 12,800 per tola, to Rs 438,136. Hence, the gold price has recorded a combined decline of Rs 13,600 per tola during the two trading sessions.
The decline in Pakistan’s market came with weakness in international bullion prices. International gold prices fell by $8 to $4,148 an ounce in the latest market data. Global markets are volatile with gold under pressure after a strong sell-off in the previous session.
The price of silver
The price of silver also fell in the local market. The price of silver per tola decreased by Rs 20 to Rs 6558, due to which the price of precious metals continued to decline.
